Hi I’m Jason Dolphin! Quick brief for ya! I am the Founder of Pattern DXB & Panache events company. Previously working as a youth worker and then into finance working in bank head offices such as Barclays,nationwide and also the Financial ombudsman between 2008 -2017 I realised over time that even though I was good at my jobs it wasn’t what I wanted to do.Through my strong social life and connections I decided to launch my own events company Panache which sky rocketed within two years of launch. We’ve held events in some of the best venues in london and the UK not to mention hosting many celebrities and high net worth clients aswell as those who also love to enjoy life and create memories. In the space of 3 years having built my connections and solidifying myself within the events industry I then made a life changing decision to move to Dubai. I launched Panache in Dubai whilst setting up another company Pattern DXB. Pattern DXB is a concierge company I launched in Dubai in 2020. We specialise in creating memories/experiences for our clients and work closely within the hospitality and entertainment industry. We now also have a number of events we also run under the company. I’m a big believer in taking risks I’ve always been a socialite and delivered excellent results when being able to work in my own style and manner.
