Role was charged with maximizing customer service (fill rate), while minimizing cost and inventory during dynamic COVID environment of demand growth and volatility, and supply constraints.

Led Network Strategy team which is charged with optimizing the Supply Chain design for Gatorade, Tropicana, Naked Juice, IZZE and two Joint Venture Business Units (Lipton and Starbucks). Team focused on 1-5 year strategy for manufacturing capacity and capability (internal and copack), warehousing and transportation to support volume growth and drive productivity savings.

Led manufacturing operations for Quaker Foods manufacturing site with ~290 employees in SW suburb of Chicago which generates ~$200 million of revenue. Responsible for general management of all aspects of performance including safety, quality, cost, service and capex spend. Supported development and coaching of Salary and Front-Line team members to drive results. Led several transformational changes to the site from both strategic and operational perspectives.

Led organization of 23 professionals charged with world-class service levels to our customers while optimizing inventory levels and P&L costs. Team accountabilities included delivering granular weekly and monthly demand forecasts to thread integrated supply chain planning tools including production planning, deployment, and inventory policy.
