Jason Driskell is the District Manager for the Houston Office of Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. Pritchard & Abbott is the largest valuation consulting firm in the State of Texas; servicing 125 appraisal district clients. Managing a staff of 25, Jason oversees the valuation of taxable property for 29 appraisal district clients, with values in excess of $68.1 billion. Having served the industry for over 19 years, Jason has appraised residential, commercial, business personal property, utility, and mineral properties. However, his main focus is industrial property. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers, and served as the Chairman of the Membership Committee. He is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, Texas Association of Appraisal Districts, and Texas Association of Assessing Officers. Prior to joining Pritchard & Abbott, Inc., Jason worked for Grubb & Ellis Management Services managing commercial office buildings in Austin, Texas. Although it is currently inactive, Jason holds a Salesperson’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is a Registered Professional Appraiser with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1999 from Texas Christian University.
