Oversee HR Systems - Human Capital Management (Time and Attendance) for Moab Khotsong mine operations

• Responsible for the Support Team at a supervisory management level. Day-today supervision of provision of professional technical support services to customers with regard to installations, repairs and maintenance of computer related equipment and software. Applicable customer SLA’s in terms of expected service delivery and turnaround times have to be met at all times. Attend to calls and remedy within the required turnaround times as per SLA with customer.• Standby 24/7• Attend to all escalation for support staff. Attend to all duties contractually assigned by customer’s IT Operations Manager and CEB Systems General Manager. • The Repair of Computer Equipment, Printers, Time & Attendance and Communication Related Equipment.• Preform site visits and plan, install and set up new T & A equipment whenever required• Coordinate Preventative Maintenance.• Coordinate and help preparations on test bench as per client spec for testing• Perform and coordinate installations. • Provide quotations on any new services as requested. • Ensure adequate spares are available for the various types of equipment.• Function as a liaison between the Service Delivery Manager and the Support Team. • Day-to-day management of customer SLAs.• Manage and oversee projects• Main contact between client AGA and report major outages and issues to AGA clients and service delivery manager.

• Install, Configure and Upgrading of Operating systems and software.• Assemble and configure desktops and maintenance thereof. • Maintain desktop and line printers and related hardware, • Install and rewiring of network cables. Basic Network Configuring.• Providing User support and help desk support.
