As the CEO of Pet Resort Hospitality Group (PRHG), my team and I are on a mission to create the best pet services company in the world. That requires excellence from us at PRHG.I work across our business to remove roadblocks from the team by boiling problems down to their molecular level -- applying my Six Sigma Blackbelt training to help my team analyze the data, tackle issues and find the right solutions. It’s an approach I carried with me while serving as Head of Global Business Processes at Walmart, where I supported 400 Supercenters and oversaw more than 3,000 employees in China, India and the US.At my core, I’m an operator, focusing on every aspect of how we can improve our business and the businesses of those resort owners that partner with us. I got my start working at the meat counter at Safeway. I worked in retail and grocery my entire time through college and business school, eventually going on to executive leadership roles and Walmart and Clear before leading operations at Pet Paradise, one of the largest private pet resort operators in the country. At Pet Paradise, I oversaw 55+ resorts in 11 states with 1,800 team members. I’ve done everything there is to do at a pet resort, from scooping poop, to interacting with challenging customers, and yes, snuggling lots of puppies. In my free time, I actively train dogs, and my latest pup is now preparing for a role in law enforcement.
