CurrentProvide personal on-site and remote computer support for the San Diego and Temecula office, with occasional travel to the Temecula office. Configured and installed new or replacement PC's, smart phones, printers, videoconference units, telephones and other technology tools. I am in charge of and support meeting-related data connectivity, including setup and support of video and telephone conferences, and multimedia projectors onsite, while providing help desk remote and telephonic support to all our offices throughout the United States (55 offices total). · Provide technical support and a link between end users and higher level support if needed. Install/configure software and hardware. Reimage, configure, rebuild/upgrade and make sure desktop/laptop computers are up-to-date. Monitor system/network performance, troubleshoot issues, repairs and data restoration. Collaborate with other IT specialists within LBBS to maintain functionality and perform tests/upgrades to IT systems. Provide IT setup and orientation with new hires. .
