Currently serving as VP of Product Development at PACT, I lead the technical team, directing the development and production of impactful, bio-based materials, including our patented biomaterial, Oval. It is a climate-responsible biomaterial made from natural collagen, which has been rigorously tested to meet the savoir-faire techniques of luxury leather goods. As former CTO at Circa Group, I played a pivotal role in achieving a successful IPO and transforming the company from an Australian SME into a global enterprise. I spearheaded the industrial scale-up and commercialisation of bio-based products, including the solvent Cyrene™, and founded the Circa Renewable Chemistry Institute to accelerate the adoption and development of new applications and markets.Complementing my industry contributions, I actively contribute to the growth of SMEs as Chairperson of the Science and Enterprise Group at the SCI.
