International Supply Chain Specialist - Onsite Customer Support
CurrentOn site with customer to assess customer needs. Communicate daily with origin office in China and India to ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and properly documented in our purchase order system Infor Nexus. Work daily in Infor Nexus to track, update, and adjust shipments accordingly. Generate weekly MQC report for the customer to compare what has been allocated to each carrier compared to the carriers volume to date. Work directly with ocean carriers to schedule customer shipments. Generate daily steam ship line space report for the customer to show space has been allocated and released by each carrier.
