Currently working as an Instrument Support Specialist, performing planned preventative maintenance, repairs, installation and customer training on laboratory diagnostic equipment. I have also gained valuable experience working within medical laboratories including bacterial culture and laboratory automation. I have excellent people skills gained through working in customer facing roles including retail and hospitality.
