Accu-Rig was a start up company that was designed with a very specific sustainable competitive advantage. Through this, I was able to transition the company from an owner/operator to being a direct supplier to OEMS, and many Tier 1 manufacturers. Showing stable growth for 10 consistent years, the company earned its reputation as the "Excellence in Industry". I stepped down from the role as President when there seemed to be a new opportunity that I could not ignore. I suppose that the best part of the experience is the personal growth I found in myself. I also gained the invaluable insight of recognizing that there is a fine line between a gambler's heart and the entrepreneurial spirit. Knowing its there is the one thing that enables me to walk that unstable path, but having the heart to do it again and again....thats the challenge that most cant balance.
