He works effectively with a wide range of personalities and styles.Prior to working as consultant, Jason spent 14 years with Condeunt Learning Services, where he was trusted to work on high profile eLearning projects for an extended roster of Fortune 500 industry leaders in pharmaceutical, technology, aerospace, telecommunications, insurance, and professional services. He developed close relationships with internal and external clients who specifically asked for him to be on their projects. A sample of the work he did included: the development of an award-winning eLearning course for a multinational IT service and consulting company, the project management and development of custom software simulations for a large technology company, the development of a series of over 100 system training videos and job-aids for a pharmaceutical company, the development of a series of micro-learning courses and videos for a professional services firm, and the art-direction and development of a fully-animated and gamified eLearning course for a pharmaceutical company. While at Conduent, Jason also spearheaded a large initiative to transform a client’s eLearning to be Section 508 compliant. This included training client SME’s and Conduent team members of new processes and procedures through video conferences and the creation of job-aids.Jason studied graphic design and computer graphics at the Art Institute of Seattle. He is a two-time Brandan Hall Award winner: 2021 – “Best Use of Performance Support.” 2018 – “Best Advance in Custom Content.”
