Below is a sample client list, including the role i played and the tasks accomplished during my tenure:NBTY - 12/15/08 - Present - at NBTY, I assisted the HRIS manager is managing all of the custom programs, reporting needs, and various testing needs that were required. I created interface specifications and worked with programmers to develop dozens of custom programs and interfaces, tested the resulting programs, and worked with IT to get them into the Production system. Some examples of customs programs are: Interface to Fidelity for 401(k) contributions and loans (multiple interfaces that were both incoming and outgoing), Interface to AonHewitt for outsourced benefits, PR198 rewrite that remapped General Ledger entries from the current Lawson structure to a new Oracle structure, among many others.OLOL Healthcare System - 06/01/2007 - 8/15/2008 - I was the interim payroll manager for the entire OLOL payroll (approximately 7,500 employees). I reduced the payroll process from 3.5 days to 1.5 days and cleaned up all systems and processes. I revamped payroll reporting and got the system and processes ready for my replacement, who I onboarded and trained for several months.The Metropolitan Opera - 04/01/2002 - 7/01/2007 (sporadic, not contiguous) - I led the Met Opera team through an HR and Benefits implementation, followed by a Payroll system implementation (several years later due to internal factors). I performed and documented a rigorous discovery process, followed by the implementation and training of all HR, Benefits, and Payroll staff. I conducted all quarterly and year end processing for this client during the first year on Lawson Payroll.
