Establish a formal forecast review process that incorporates market intelligence from the various regions and ensure adherence to the Sales and Operations Planning cycle.Initiate and coordinate various system changes with IT to improve planning processes and automate various labour intensive tasks.Key to this role is establishing and maintaining key contacts within the various markets to keep well informed of fluctuations in customer demand. Accurate forecasting is critical in this business due to the long lead times involved.

Responsible for hands on implementation of the APO Demand Planning solution in the Metal Centre & Steel in Concrete businesses within OneSteel. Includes design, configuration, prepare test management plan and conduct the full range of testing (Unit, Integration and Performance / Stress Testing). Also prepare and conduct end user training and take the business through the forecast model tuning exercise pre go live.

Responsible for delivering initiatives that drive supply chain strategies and accrue ongoing customer and business benefits for Optus. Facilitate the interaction between Supply Chain and IT to deliver continuous improvement in supply chain system solutions and environment.

Responsible for the entire APO Demand Planning solution at Goodman Fielder. This includes gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, enhancements and end user support.
