Construction Claims and DisputesInfluent Pumping Station Consulting – Analyzed an engineering error and omission claim on behalf of the engineer’s liability insurance carrier on a large combined sewer influent pumping station. Conducted entitlement and betterment analyses as well as performed a cost analysis to determine legitimacy of claimed damages. Individual projects ranged from $5M to $100M and consisted mostly of increasing capacity and improving reliability on existing electric transmission infrastructure.Electric Transmission Project Management Improvement – Contracted with a large utility company to implement project management improvement initiatives. Initiatives including implementation of new scheduling software, using the new software to develop resource loaded schedules, reporting earned value based on the resource loaded schedule, and implementing PMP plans.
