LKWD Painting and Contracting is a full-service construction firm that I founded and lead as the president. With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, I have successfully completed thousands of projects across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, serving commercial and residential customers from various sectors. My core competencies include project management, project leadership, strategic project management, and business development. I have managed a diverse range of projects, such as ground up construction, TI buildouts, ADA compliancy, rollouts, geotechnical, structural, emergency response, disaster response, emergency pharmacy deployments during national disasters, open store and facility remodels, specialty and complex projects, and FFE projects. I have a passion for architecture, accounting, and business management, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges in the construction industry. My mission is to deliver high-quality construction services that meet the needs and expectations of my clients, and to contribute to the improvement and development of the communities I serve.
