CurrentVerify, review and assess confidential information on personal earned and unearned income, assets, family composition, medical and childcare expenses, complete detailed income-related calculations and input activity using specialized software system.• Assist clients with completing required forms and providing required documentation needed to maintain program compliance.• Counsel income-challenged households, both current program participants and the public.• Conduct fraud investigations.• Perform administrative support duties to include updating housing resource information, maintaining and updating rent reasonableness, department reports, manual check runs, and rent runs.• Maintain assigned voucher caseload, schedule, and conduct application briefings, conduct certification briefings, annual and interim recertifications in accordance with Federal, State and Department regulations, policies and deadlines.
