Jason Eustice is the Children's Centre Commissioner for the London Borough of Newham, responsible for programme management and strategic oversight for the Best Start in Life programme across the borough (integrated early years support for families with children under 5). He manages relationships with providers at multiple levels, seeks ways to improve existing partnerships and develop new ones, and ensures any issues affecting the programme are resolved. As an experienced commissioner and project/programme manager, Jason has a wealth of knowledge and experience in user engagement, budget management, change management, performance management and conflict resolution. In addition to his paid roles, Jason has voluntarily co-run youth engagement groups successful in attracting and encouraging young people to get involved in the design, delivery and monitoring of Council services, as well the design and running of youth focused community events.
