This includes developing processes and policy to support the implementation of new legislation and investigating work that may not comply with changes to the Building Act 2004. Initial projects will include the changes to legislation around the fencing of Swimming pools and Earthquake prone buildings

Number of roles (dates above include a Career break), last being the Leader of a multi disciplined team of professionals, to reduce Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) within the London Borough of Merton. This included chairing meetings, building local networks and the trust of the residents and businesses of the borough, allocating and applying for funding for various schemes to reduce the impact of anti social behavior on the community. Whilst performing this role, I also took on extra responsibilities with regards, rough sleeping within the borough that also included preparing funding requests to assist in housing and general welfare matters for these people. As a senior Police Constable in the absence of a permanent Police Sergeant I supervised other Police Officers and members of Police staff in the role of an acting Police Sergeant, dealing with welfare and delegation of work.
