Prior to leading the eOrdersPlus™ platform's expansion to serve a multi-sided care network, Jason was CEO and co-founder of Stratice Healthcare – the pioneer behind ePrescribing of patients’ home and durable medical equipment and supplies needs (HME/DME). Jason drove Stratice’s core mission and strategic growth plan, culminating in the expansion of its flagship ePrescribing solution, enabling bi-directional transmission of complete, compliant medical orders supporting faster, more reliable delivery of patients’ post-acute care needs. Jason’s experience in evolving Stratice's [industry neutral] ePrescribing solution to solve the disconnect between patients, providers and payers is a natural segue to continue driving the improvements in continuity of patient care necessary to enable the industry's achievement of true value-based care. Jason spent the first 15 years of his career executing venture capital investments and private equity-backed transactions exceeding $3B in aggregate transaction value, before founding a VC and PE investment firm based in Indianapolis with offices in New York and Hong Kong. In addition to investments in start-up and early-stage SaaS-model companies, Jason led acquisitions of companies in the healthcare, financial services and energy sectors. Prior to grad school, Jason spent five years in the Silicon Valley working with leading start-up and fast-growth companies within the software, technology, biotech and e-commerce sectors.Jason earned his MBA from the University of Louisville, his JD from The Brandeis School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
