From adoption of technology, system implementation / development, to all that goes along with considerable growth, like opening new stores, and launching new Distribution Centers. Managing an incredible team, looking for opportunities to refine processes and gain efficiency to continually do more with less. All this while working with hundreds of vendors to coordinate thousands of samples and add about a thousand new products to our assortment each year.
