• Service, diagnose and repair multi-megawatt inverters at large-scale commercial solar power plants.• Travel to regional solar farms to provide maintenance, warranty and non-warranty service.• Train in and exercise appropriate safety protocols such as OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and high-voltage work safety guidelines.• Write reports to document work performed and maintain product and equipment service history.

• Help to build, grow and manage a small family-owned and -operated rental housing business consisting of twelve single-family homes and two small multi-unit buildings. Repair and rehab fixer-upper properties for long-term rental investments.• Maintain and repair properties with an emphasis on Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC work. Delegate maintenance such as Plaster and Paint, Roofing, Landscaping, etc… to a small team of one or more employees and external contractors.• Manage tenant contracts and business finances; update, renovate, advertise and flip vacant rental units; work with various public agencies and inspectors to maintain compliance with local and state regulations.

Played a key role in helping to build and develop a unique, ultimately successful first-time startup company from initial site deployment through to its acquisition four years later.
