Full Tilt Constructions is a privately owned Commercial Construction and Industrial Construction company based in Windsor in North Western Sydney. They specialise in Industrial construction, Commercial construction and Tilt Panels.Having an established working relationship with the director prior to Full Tilt’s inception, I was involved in many areas of the business from the beginning. Throughout my employment I was responsible for supporting and assisting the director in areas such as creating and developing standards and systems, growing the team of employees and working actively in the business.With an eventual role of Pre-Construction Manager, my responsibilities during my 11 plus years at Full Tilt included:• Sales for projects between $1 Mil and $8 Mil. Developing customer relationships and determining their requirements, completing cost estimates and producing all-inclusive design and construct contracts documented for execution. • Personnel development. Advertising, interviewing, hiring and training staff and conducting senior department meetings.• Internal business management such as customising project management software and workload programs.• Design and approvals for all company projects, including drafting, coordination and integration of consultants, and budget control.• Project management and contracts administration, simultaneously producing the relevant detailed working drawings.• Working as on-site foreman, both locally and remotely for the duration of the projects.

I was responsible for estimating plasterboard and accessories required for complete new built residential homes.

Apex Building Systems are an industrial commercial design and construction company with in-house design facilities, an excavation equipment fleet and structural steel & pre-cast concrete wall panel manufacturing facilities.My responsibilities were;Architectural Draftsperson (3 years) who operated Vector Works 2D to produce drawings for submission to authorities for building approvals and for use by the site department to construct full developments.Workshop Detailer (3 years) where I produced full working drawings for manufacture of structural steel, pre-cast concrete panels, detailed foundation set outs and concrete detailed drawings. In addition to drawings, I completed a full schedule of all goods and materials that was provided to the purchasing department. These documents were utilised for ordering, fabricating and building. Site Supervisor (1 year) where I was responsible for allocating subcontracts, coordinating timing of trades, inspecting site works and approving payable invoices.

Employed part time as a general shop hand, whilst at school. I was responsible for cash tender, restocking of shelves and ordering new stock.
