Sr. Apheresis Account Manager
Current- Work cross functionally and lead conversations with corporate and field teams to manage assigned apheresis collection vendors in assigned territory
- Lead departmental continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Participate in regular quality & operational reviews to assess, communicate, develop and execute strategies to monitor and improve apheresis collection vendor performance
- Monitor apheresis account capacity and negotiate with account leadership to implement/reduce collection capacity when directed or needed
- Manage, as directed by departmental processes, deviations, change controls, and document management to comply with Dendreon’s quality requirements as they relate to apheresis collection vendors
- Participate in deviation/change management activities, impact/investigation assessments, and quality audit activities with assigned apheresis collection vendors in support of the Quality Program
