● Oversee relationship management and engagement across all stakeholders including NTC team, client, applicable funders, and partner organizations ● Co-design and execute on program strategy for site including providing problem-solving consultation & support, implementation of professional learning that is responsive to context, and data-driven support to drive impact.● Provide consultation and thought-partnership to senior leadership at the district and/or state level, often on higher-stakes projects that advance NTC’s theory of change. ● Lead engagement with clients from start to finish of an engagement, which includes imagining the work that is responsive to the client's needs, establishing clear outcomes/goals by which we will monitor success and then review/feedback on program implementation. ● Responsible for highest quality program delivery, sustaining and deepening partnerships, renewing existing contracts, and supporting business development within the Regional Strategy ● Cultivate and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders in client/partner organizations, especially at the executive level; seek partnerships within and outside the organization to strengthen program implementation, quality, and sustainability ● Partner with Directors to cultivate and manage site-specific and applicable national funder relationships, in partnership with development or focus area leads, in order to enable deeper impact and sustainability ●Oversee and support NTC program delivery teams in multiple locations and complex contexts ●Provides oversight and support to the Program Delivery teams (Program Consultants and Associate Program Consultants) dedicated to providing consultative services and high-quality professional development for partners. ●Responsible for capacity building of program staff; advises within and outside the organization.

● Leads consultative services with state, institutions of higher ed, and district-level leadership and client engagement with teacher induction, instructional coaching, and school leadership to ensure successful program launch and sustained high-quality program implementation;● Delivers face-to-face and/or online professional learning for mentors, coaches, principals, and/or client stakeholders;● Supports the development of local co-presenters and NTC Associate Program Consultants;● Contributes to the design, development and refinement of NTC’s products and services.

*Serve as Savannah River Regional Representative for the CERRA continuum of services in 21 districts*Coordinate efforts to recruit for underrepresented populations in South Carolina*Facilitate retention efforts through mentor training, teacher forum, and National Board support workshops*Collaborate and assist with efforts of Diverse Pathways Project and serve on project team*Facilitate and assist in the development of Future Education of America Chapters at high schools and colleges*Serve as liaison to district representatives and institutions of Higher Education

In collaboration with the South Carolina Department of Education, the South Carolina Teacher of the Year serves a one year residency at the SC Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement (CERRA) to focus on recruitment, retention, and advancement initiatives across SC. Through the residency, the SC Teacher of the Year serves as a spokesperson and public ambassador for education, collaborating with students, educators, policymakers, and community stakeholders. The teacher of the year works with Teacher Cadets, Teaching Fellows, Induction Teachers, Mentors, Teacher Leaders, State and local Teacher Forums. The Teacher of the Year serves as the chairperson for the South Carolina Teacher Forum and CERRA Advisory Board.
