• With over 400+ officers in the field, I perform daily inspections to ensure officers are performing at the company's expectations.• Perform scheduling for over 60 sites in the Los Angeles County.• The system used to track all applicants is (ATS) Applicant Tracking System, where applicants progression is tracked each step of the hiring process.• Advised managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.• Initiate the background checks and drug screens.• Conducted new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.• Direct the Affirmative Action plan and any on site audits.• Identified staff vacancies and recruited, interviewed and selected applicants.
