Facilitator who brings the community, university, and college together to accomplish a shared vision to serve students. I serve my college and university by producing data informed decisions for strategic planning, student retention, recruitment, and curriculum management. I am active in managing collaborations with other colleges on our campus, graduate programs, student advising, assurance of learning, accreditation, enrollment processes, orientations, student data, course scheduling, career center relations, and student recruitment for a college of over 800 majors, 300 minors, 50 full-time faculty, and 31 adjunct faculty which produce 24,000 student credit hours. I support efforts in finances, graduate programs, marketing efforts, and development within our college. $4M impact in improved enrollment (13% increase) and retention (6% increase) over the last two years.

Teacher of courses in professional sales and marketing and advise students each semester, while supporting the Professional Sales Program and recruiting of our program partners.
