As a 15-year veteran with Comcast, I served as an engineer and senior engineer for over a decade, providing tier 3 technical support for all Comcast local video engineering nationwide. Additionally, I led and assisted on numerous projects including virtual machine deployments, enterprise architecture, network configuration, database analysis and maintenance, and vulnerability management.I built a reputation as a person who could "fix the unfixable" and specialized in troubleshooting complex issues involving multiple systems -- a skill requiring excellence in both technical knowledge and interpersonal communication. I also served as a technical trainer throughout my Comcast career.I hold a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in computer information science with a focus on database technologies. My education reflects the way I approach troubleshooting, using both advanced technological skills with a grounded education in logic, deduction, and problem solving.At my core, I love fixing problems, and I am seeking a position either as an engineer where I can work in DevOps, or as a manager who can lead a team of troubleshooters.
