- Responsible for completing the production of unitized curtain wall frames on time and at or below the estimated budget- Review architectural and shop drawings, reconciling them against the project specifications- Preparation of drafting and production schedules in accordance with site install requirements and substantial completion/closing dates- Responsible for material submittals, vendor quotations, pricing negotiations, final placement of all purchase orders and invoice payment approvals against the required materials and labour toward the fabrication of curtain wall framing- Monthly reporting of current financial status, as well as projections as to where the project will end up at its completion- Report weekly on project status; including but not limited to - labour rates, drafting deliverables, shop floor progress, site install rates- Liaise between the shop floor and the site to expedite shortages, emergency requirements, and schedule changes
