Managed a team of approximately 50-70 customer service representatives and 6 supervisors/team leads in all functions of the business office including training, workflow management, inbound/outbound call management, quality control processes, conflict resolution, account auditing, vendor management, and AR management for more than 16 different clients/hospitals.Partnered with numerous hospital patient accounting and PFS teams in a client-facing role to help reduce AR days, streamline billing and insurance follow-up processes, increase collections, monitor patient payment plans, increase patient satisfaction by reducing patient complaints, and manage financial assistance programs.
