I have spent most of my career in the heavy oil industry and have extensive knowledge of the equipment used in this industry. I have been significantly involved in the safe construction, commissioning and maintenance of oil sands plants, from utilities, through extraction, upgrading and tailings departments. I have been fortunate to have installed and maintained most types of rotating equipment. I have set up predictive and preventative maintenance practices in small and large production facilities (Shell Albian and Grizzly Oilsands). I am proficient with current diagnostic technologies ie. Vibration analysis (level 2), oil analysis, and ultrasound etc. As an experienced rotating equipment millwright I have lead and been part of large and small root cause analysis investigations on equipment and procedural failures.I am a dependable, hard working and versatile individual. I believe that my safety first perspective, depth of knowledge and experience along with my positive attitude would make me an asset for your team.
