As a Project Manager for Sunrise Management & Consulting, I have had the privilege of overseeing a wide variety of projects including but not limited to managing of our Sunrise Realty Advisor agents, research, analysis and implementation of land development transactions. I have been involved in and the primary lead on many multifamily development projects, including representing our clients at town meetings for acceptance and approvals. I maintain strong relationships with our investors, partners and strategic alliances with strong communication and follow through. As a NYS Licensed Real Estate Agent, I am also available to assist any of our current clients or potentially new business relationships in finding the right home for their family, retail location for their business or warehouse/commercial space.
