I have continuously been collecting a variety of knowledge and understanding in food business which gave me confident to step up the challenge and started my own business trading as Nouvelle Cuisine in 2010.My menu represents creative, honest home cooked dishes with touch of Asian twist into Western cuisine. Our team strives to provide best quality of food using freshest ingredients without the price tag.
