I'm a facilitator and corporate trainer and instructional designer with more than 15 years of experience in customer service, sales, leadership/management skills and technical training. In addition to facilitation, I've developed a number of training programs for classroom, live webinar, and self-directed e-learning. Ultimately, my passion is helping people do their jobs more effectively. In my experience, just about everyone wants to do their job well, and often work-related stress comes from a sense of scarcity around our resources of time and expertise.
