As a doctoral level behavioral scientist, I’ve recruited spies, led People Operations at Snapchat hiring over 4,000 people before helping lead the IPO, interrogated terrorists as an officer serving the US Army Special Operations Command, interviewed over 150 murderers, assembled company boards, led jury selection for billion-dollar verdicts, and psychologically profiled world leaders & mega-cap VC partners. I have 20 years of experience leading organizations (government and private) through hyper-growth, cultural shifts, branding, fundraising, and crisis communication.I have extensive experience in the fields of influence and assessment/selection. I have built and retrofitted executive teams for multi-billion dollar organizations, assessed and assembled classified military units, and profiled founders for some of the most notable VC firms. Over the past decade, my team has scaled hyper-growth companies with intelligent, adaptable, curious, and high frustration-tolerant professionals, hiring more than 10,000 professionals in over 20 countries.Throughout this journey, I’ve been privy to a wide spectrum of behavior and archetypes, from our country’s finest patriots to visionary technology executives as well as some of the most violent people to ever exist. I’ve learned a lot about humanity and built tremendous empathy for different cultures and nations.
