Focused on three core areas: Execution of our price increase target, including partnering with business leadership on the launch and go-to-market strategy for a new technology in the real estate search market, targeting $15M of recurring revenue in the first year. Hands-on deal structuring support for the most impactful deals to the company, including some for the largest mortgage lenders in the country. Pricing strategy support for new product launches and existing product revamps, focused on value-based pricing, including the development of a clear, well-researched, quantitative value proposition for our fastest growing product in the insurance industry.

Developed pricing and go-to-market strategies for 5 product launches, including creating customer-centric value propositions, in-depth market analysis, and working with sales to create detailed client-by-client rollout plans. Prepared and led the execution of our >$20M annual price increase target. Worked with sales to creatively solve our clients needs with unique pricing structures, delivering over $1M in additional profit to our bottom line, and significantly more value to our customers.

Help our sales teams structure complex transactions often >$50M involving multiple countries and multiple product lines in order to meet our customer needs and also support Dell EMC's goals of liquidity, profitability, and growth. Collaborated cross-functionally in order to develop reports (in Tableau and Excel) detailing our margin results. Then leveraged those reports to find key business insights which I presented to our executive sales leaders.

Developed and implemented a new transfer pricing process in order to streamline procurement and improve relations between VCE (a joint venture) and EMC (one of VCE's parent companies) Helped our sales organization to win deals and successfully grow our converged business 10-fold while still achieving corporate margin targets.

I worked as part of a small team from Rice University in order to help Phylumtech develop their marketing strategy for the launch of their laboratory-in-the-cloud service. We helped Phylumtech determine their market positioning, estimate their customer acquisition costs and the lifetime value of those customers once acquired, and built a financial model estimating their time to break-even given different assumptions.
