Worked in the restaurant industry for 4+ years, creating relationships with people as well as improving company workflow and making other people's jobs easier. I successfully employed 5+ people, as well as introduced 2 new positions to the management staff that are permanent jobs. I also worked as a materials manager at Gerling & Associates over the last two summers, learning to use tools to do groundskeeping correctly around the entire property.
