Finding efficiencies for internal and external customers

Cloud Cap Technology designs and manufactures best-in-class imaging payloads for manned and unmanned airborne platforms, and automatic pilots for unmanned aerial systems. I'm focused on developing international business and leading a team of international sales reps. I also help lead continuous improvement events to improve sales and export processes. I spend a lot of time working with contracts and export compliance. I have a pretty good working relationship with ITAR, EAR, HTS, FARs, DFARs, and GSA. And I work hard to make those 3- and 4-letter abbreviations easy for my customers and coworkers

I lead a team of salespeople and account managers. I also act as an SAP "super-user" and perform USML/ECCN and HTS classifications for export compliance. I report to the Sales Director with a dotted-line to the head of UTC Aerospace Systems Export Compliance.
