I am fortunate to work for one of the largest suppliers of Antique Brick and Wood in the country. I use an expansive web of networking to seek out structures that were built prior to 1930. Once I have determined a structure is a good fit for SR, I negotiate purchasing deals and create contracts with the owner to purchase all usable reclaimed material or the entire building itself. When a contract is signed I am responsible for collecting the inventory, managing that inventory, communicating with vendors, and managing the logistics to ship material to our customers or to our sawmill. I also manage our lumber yard that is located in Chester, SC.
