I am a hands-on leader, focusing on software development, devops and solutions design. One of two founders of the TechEquipt business we built up a successful business based on a desire to have the greatest ideas becoming successful.Pushing key values of listening to ideas and making people a priority coupled with hard work and a desire to achieve has created a successful, supportive, and inviting company.Success has been shown via year-on-year financial growth with the company going from 2 to 15 staff in a relatively short time. I have helped drive deals whereby we have become equity holders in external businesses, thus building our business portfolio.Under our leadership, TechEquipt has evolved into a company that uses top-class modern technology specialising in Cloud Platforms, Apps, and Websites. Key wins that I am most proud of are helping startups move into scale up’s and a worldwide platform that we are currently working on that will help the development community, more to come on this one shortly.Previous to TechEquipt I primarily focused on the Real Estate industry. I worked my way up from help desk to programming/development, through to technical leadership of a leading development company specialising in Real Estate. I believe this progression gave me a well-rounded understanding of a technology business.Some key accomplishments include:- starting a business to have outstanding growth and culture- starting and fostering an offshore development team that is an integral part of the team- conceptualisation and delivery of leading software platforms from business case, financial forecasting, technical direction and project management through to delivery. - technical leadership of Real Estate websites for some of the prestige Real Estate brands in Australia including Belle Property, PRD Nationwide, Marshall White and Barry Plant.- working with various Real Estate portals including Zango, RealestateVIEW and Realestate.com.kh- Acting as a CTO to projects on an international scale including key markets in South-East Asia.As a person, I love finding ways to take new and exciting technologies to help take businesses to the next level. Formulating ideas and solutions and finding the best technologies to turn them into to a reality.
