I rebuilt the department from 2 heads to 6 by recruiting new employees, supporting them with direct training and the tools to succeed, turning the department back around within 3 months.• Improved the morale of the warehouse team where it was rock bottom from when I took over to a much-improved workforce with everyone wanting to help each other by supporting them and addressing their concerns, while providing them tools for the job and making them feel wanted and appreciated.•Helped implement the use of wider cut material improving capacity by 16% over one SKU as able to produce more stock per run.

Responsibilities • Daily root causing of order failures for Rolls Royce spares and providing weekly analysis on all failures to be reported back to Rolls Royce. • Every three months involved in a provision cycle that looks at slow moving stock and whether it can still be sold/used elsewhere or go through packages to be removed from site and offering recommendations.• Provide support to Data Co-ordinators on KPI packs, helpdesk enquires and adhoc analysis requests when required.Projects• Part of DLF Bin project providing analysis on the realignment of storage bins at various sites across Rolls Royce showing what stock can be returned, its future usage etc and make recommendations of whether it should be brought back or disposed of. • Part of a half yearly SLOB project that looks at what stock has not been used by Rolls Royce within the last 6 months and providing analysis on the parts to present to Rolls Royce that generates approximately £4-5 million in revenue. • Part of the redesign and implementation of a process to improve streamline of engine/BOM changes sent over by Rolls Royce.Achievements• Implemented a KPI showing trend analysis of the Rolls Royce spares failures, highlighting any reoccurring themes or problematic suppliers. • Redesigned the database that was used to provide evidence on buyback of stock from Rolls Royce making a saving over £500k at that given time.

Working as Production Planner in a small team consisting of 3 members, currently responsible for approximately 80 top level products across 4 different customers, and 150 WIP level products that take place over 6 production lines and 13 preparation machines. Daily Tasks include the following: -Processing Customer Orders-Scheduling Production and Preparation production plans efficiently -Controlling of WIP and Finished Goods stock levels.-Control of Labour Balancing throughout the factory-Organizing and efficient use of transport-Liasing with customers to ensure supply of orders-Individual Project work as required

Involved in setting up a working Despatch department within the factory, and then running the department on the morning shift. Roles Included:-Setting up standards and procedures-Identifying staff for the department and relevant training-Ensure product owings/chases are sent out the factory appropriately-Managing a team of people including holidays/sickness cover -Liasing with Planners/Picking warehouses and Transport Hauliers to ensure smooth running of outloads

Stationed up at new Gist Warehouse where we send out our products to be despatched to individual depots. Roles included:-Setting up a system to deal with load checking and stock control. -Training Gist employees on SAP to complete depot picks and stock control -Setting up a system to deal with EPOD claims from the customer. -Liaising with the Planning department with stock/depot issues
