Expanded the external market for the construction finance and specialist range of products creating and managing the divisional go to market plan. Personally originated construction and contract led new business deals across the specialist finance product range producing £400k in income and £130m of assigned turnover. .Sponsored construction facilities in the division and structured two PE backed deals in excess of £5M funds in use winning deal of the year for a £30M turnover specialist sub contractor.

Product and sales management role for the UK construction finance business. Built sales performance from a standing start to 90 deals per annum, producing cumulative minimum income of £2.5m on turnover of £220m. PBT achieved in excess of £3m in FY 10.

Developed and implemented the sales structure to deliver the construction finance product to market.Recruited and trained the sales team acting in an advisory capacity for larger facilities structured. Outperformed sales targets in every year.

Project responsbility to launch a funding product into the UK construction sector. Responsible for pulling together the product strategy and securing the services of expert "industry" partners. Successfully launched product in late 2005.
