As a pre-sales System Engineer I provided technical leadership and direction for customers to aid in their development and adoption of fully integrated technology solutions. I worked closely with field sales teams, partners and customers to obtain technical validation, develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of the customer. I presented Dell Technologies value proposition, vision and technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to partners and customer roles including executives, technical management and technical engineers. I assisted with financial and infrastructure data collection to create both technical and sales presentations that supported a positive ROI/TCO for the customer.

As a software engineer I supported an internal technology group responsible for designing and developing applications for various lines of business. My primary focus was in fraud applications designed to simplify data entry to mainframe consoles. I was responsible for maintaining a tier 1 fraud application that delivered key reports and analytical data daily to decision makers.

Under this role I designed and developed multiple solutions for the Reverse Mortgage Servicing division, each solution required emphasis on increasing productivity. I was responsible for coordinating a large-scale business application upgrade over the course of two years, acted as primary liaison between T.I.G. (Technology Information Group) and the Business Unit. I developed test scripts to support each production release and coordinated user acceptance testing throughout the upgrade.

PCA International is the exclusive portrait provider for Wal-Mart. Digital Canvassing was a new concept for printing portraits on canvas through a method known as Giclée. I was responsible for coordinating scanning operations. * The fulfillment of orders required locating and scanning the individual portrait on a roll of film. * Digitally enhancing the image for post printing production. * Coordinated workflow among scanning operators.
