We work with the Early Childhood Development (ECD) at Rouxville Primary in Kuils River. We give them some exercises and certain problem solving to do (exercise wise). We also train a group called Kuils River Fitness and Fun (KFF) which consist of senior citizens. Then we also have a public gym for the Kuils river and the surrounding areas, we set up training programs and eating plan aswell as teaching various group training classes for the gym members

We help settle (Induction) in the newest members of the gym. We demonstrate how each gym equipment works in the gym. We also help those members who might be doing an exercise wrong and showing the correct way (technique, body posture, breathing, etc)
