Active participation on process improvement in financial performance to decrease costs, improve productivity, and improve service.Acts as a department liaison in providing information to internal and external customers. Advanced level verbal and written communication skills. Actively involved in new employee preceptorship, coaching, and mentoring to promote a constructive work environment that encourages learning and development.
