Managed extraction of Paint lines from Studio Surface and clean-up for implementation into BIW components. Oversaw AB flange construction, Glass Drop development, and design cycle communication with Design Studio, including spot weld generation for components.• Next Generation Ranger Projects: Involved in Change Management, Spot weld construction, and design support. Worked on Tailgate BIW, new design of Tailgate bump stop, and plastic Injection Moulded Fender Brace for side impact crash requirements.• EVOS Hybrid SUV for China Market: Lead Designer of Rear Door BIW for 4 and 5 door variants to design completion. Collaborated with China-based closures design team, modelling complex B-Pillar commonality between variants, including AB flange construction, Glass Drop development, and Multi Model linking.• BRONCO for USA Market: Part of the floor team responsible for the design and development of the floor system, including packaging of a hybrid battery and spot weld construction for components.• RANGER ICA 6.1: Managed design changes and development of new BIW structure for various cab variants to comply with Euro 6 emissions/Urea fuel.• D-Car Platform for China Market: Supported the delivery of Front and Rear Door BIW structure to tooling and liaised with China-based engineering.• 2014 Falcon: Primary Designer for complete Deck Lid system and BIW structure.
