Responsible for the management, execution, and oversight for all aspects of contract support to the United States Naval Observatory (USNO) in DC and Arizona. Tigua assists USNO to provide precise time, earth orientation parameters, and celestial catalogs to the DoD for the purposes of Position Navigation and Time (PNT). We do this by providing talent and services in the fields of astronomy, astrometry, astrophysics, physics, and engineering. We also contribute to efforts in atomic and molecular physics, radio astronomy, aeronautical engineering, astrometry and photometry of celestial objects, black hole research, mechanical and electrical engineering, solid state physics, computational sciences, stellar astrophysics, optics, database development, mathematics, astronomical software development, and space weather.Also responsible for:- Cleared Escort Support and Construction Surveillance Technician Support for projects in San Antonio, Texas and Manassas, Virginia. - Facility services contract with the General Services Administration in Springfield, Virginia.- Talent and services support to the International Chiropractors Association in Falls Church, Virginia.

Provided identity operations support, identity intelligence, and investigative analysis using next-generation analytical tools and tradecraft for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Technical Services Field Office, Identity Activities Branch in providing biometrics-enabled and identity analysis to worldwide field offices and headquarters staff while supporting force protection, counter threat, terrorism, and law enforcement efforts.

Led the Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard, which represents the Commandant, the Military District of Washington, and the United States Coast Guard through ceremonial operations held before world leaders and dignitaries. Honor Guard members participate in over 1,600 joint service and Coast Guard activities annually.
