Provide depot level support to sites.

To provide high level of training and support to personnel and equipment that are capable to provide secure feeds and data in or near a combat zone.

Travel with the U.S. Military, including battlefields, as a member of a two man team to supplement operator and direct support maintenance with depot level expertise in the check out, testing, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of the HMMWV mounted Ground Mobile MILSTAR Satellite communications system known as the “Survivable Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical – Terminal (SMART-T)”. In addition, provide guidance and training to both the customer and military personnel in developing operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures and techniques. Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause of failure and recommend corrective action. Advise on design changes to improve equipment efficiency and/or reduce cost of operation. Devise and implement preventive maintenance programs and keep performance and maintenance records on equipment. Work with forward depots to screen parts and track shipments.
