Manage a small team of employees focused on delivering timely and accurate reporting for a select group of clients on a nightly basis.Continually evaluate group tasks and activities to find possible process improvements that could lower risk or improve efficiency.Provide final review of fund activity and nightly reporting across several institutional clients.Liase with internal and external clients on a daily basis to address systematic, periodic and one time issues or requests.

NAV (Net Asset Value) Oversight Team Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for a variety of deadlines and priorities across different institutional clients.Provide daily analysis by reviewing the effects of trade activity, market movements, currency rates, and tax implications on mutual funds before giving final sign off on the NAV of mutual funds.

Monitor, report, and maintain collateralization of domestic securities loansIdentify, track, and reconcile securities contract discrepancies with other institutionsProcess the return of both domestic and international securities from various institutionsMonitor Australian Stock Exchange for corporate actions activityProcess and distribute reports on failing trades, securities recalls, upcoming returns discrepancies, and securities returned prior to term to various groups and organizationsFile, organize, and archive digital and hard copy daily records for the operations groupCommunicate extensively with internal and external clients to research and resolve issues resulting from daily GSL activityResponsible for executing tasks in a timely and accurate manner to meet daily deadlines
