About Jason Hoback

For the last 20 years, I have been a leader in the technology sales industry. Most recently, the CEO and President of CINC, a high-growth SAAS company. Throughout my time in the C-suite, I discovered my passion and calling is to improve the lives of my employees, clients and communities. The privilege to lead others, help them advance in their careers, and ultimately, improve our community was my greatest joy as a CEO. As a servant leader through and through, I know firsthand how crucial it is for leaders to value, encourage, and develop their team. Becoming a Vistage Chair gives me the opportunity to facilitate conversation and growth among local Atlanta CEOs and executives. My group is comprised of high-integrity leaders who are eager to grow and are committed to helping each other succeed. Vistage members gain and provide outside feedback, vet ideas, and process the most significant personal and professional issues facing them and their organization among peers in similar situations. In an open, vulnerable, and confidential setting, leaders from non-competing industries are achieving impactful growth. Serving my community is one of the most important things I do. I serve on the board of Hope Through Soap, a local non-profit that offers homeless men and women a hot shower, a hot meal, and a change of clothes, in a fun and inspiring environment. As a CEO, I tied our work to Hope Through Soap and my team understood that their work was bigger than them. Outside of my passion for people, I enjoy spending time with my family. It’s isolating as a CEO and no one has all the answers. A peer group of local executives to share expertise and ideas, gain an outside perspective, and hold each other accountable is invaluable.
