I am passionate and committed to my work. In my current role as a Field Operations Specialist for the exploration/project services team, my primary responsibility is to visit each exploration site. During these visits, I closely observe how field operations are carried out at each location. This observation is intended to identify successful practices and areas where improvements can be made. My evaluation encompasses both the human and procedural aspects of field operations.The purpose of these visits is to achieve alignment in our exploration field operations processes, and to provide coaching and mentoring to our supervisors and field teams. This way, we aim to enhance our overall field operations, fostering efficiency and best practices across the board. With over a decade of dedicated service in FIFO industry, I bring a wealth of experience in both onshore and offshore leadership roles within the exploration and mining sector. Throughout my Supervising career, I've been committed to delivering production targets, managing complex logistics, and ensuring safety and efficiency in remote work environments. With prior exploration experience spanning multiple countries, including Norway, India, and Egypt, I'm currently grateful to be back working in Australia on a more suitable roster. My career journey has provided me with a diverse perspective and a broad understanding of global exploration & cultural awareness, which I now apply to contribute to Australia's exploration and mining industry.In addition to my career, I am passionate about mental health and well-being. I've been actively engaged in supporting well-being within the Western Australian community. My dedication as a mentor and coach in the well-being scene arises from a profound desire to create a positive and lasting impact in the lives of individuals who require support.
